Shipping:

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing, before your package is shipped. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. For your convenience we offer shipping via United States Postal Service (USPS) and UPS. Orders shipped via USPS, go out priority mail with delivery confirmation.

Our shipping fee schedule is simple. Within the United States, we charge a flat rate of $7.00 for US Priority Mail on orders under $200 and free shipping on orders over $200. In addition, express overnight shipping is $20.00.

UPS charges are determined based on zip code.

Return Policy

We are happy to accept returns for items in the event they have any manufacturing flaws or defects or simply if you do not find items to be satisfactory. Items must be returned to Twirl  in new, unused condition, and be in original packaging, with all tags attached. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Returns must be postmarked, within 14 days of receipt of the item(s) for a full refund, or within 30 days for store credit.

Sale items must be postmarked within 30 days of receipt for store credit only.

Gifts may be returned for store credit if postmarked within 30 days of receipt, or credited back to purchaser's credit card within 14 days of receipt.

Please contact us within one week of receipt to report any problems and obtain a return authorization. NOTE: It is always best to send your package back in a manner that is traceable, (UPS or Delivery Confirmation). We cannot be responsible for non-receipt of returns that cannot be tracked, nor can we confirm receipt of a return/exchange until it has been processed.
